San Diego Air & Space Museum

Who says museums are all about relics and antiquities? The San Diego Air and Space Museum houses early airplane models, jets and helicopters from the world war era, hot air balloons, and everything related to aviation. Tickets for adults cost $19.95 per head, and the museum is open from 10.00 am to 4.30 pm.

The San Diego Museum of Art

If you have time after visiting the San Diego Air and Space Museum, check out the San Diego Museum of Art. With more than 20,000 exhibits dating back to 3000 BC, this is one of the best significant museums in the United States. Tickets cost $15, and the museum stays open from 10 am to 5 pm.

Gaslamp Quarter

Spend the evening eating and drinking at <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://www.forbes.com/sites/melissakravitz/2022/10/21/24-hours-in-san-diegos-gaslamp-quarter/">Gaslamp Quarter</a>. With more than 100 pubs, bars, restaurants, music and comedy venues, and nightclubs, Gaslamp Quarter is the nightlife hub of San Diego.

Assuming you reach San Diego on the first day, check in to your hotel or Airbnb and gear up for the day.You can spend the first day visiting the various museums around the city. It's great if you have a car, but otherwise, Uber will do just as well.
